Find Your Next Right Step When Your Life No Longer Fits
One live somatic coaching session, then a day of Voxer support while it integrates. You’ll leave knowing what’s ending, what’s emerging, and the one step to take first.
You don’t recognize yourself anymore.
The life you built doesn’t fit. The version of you who built it is gone. And the next version hasn’t shown up yet.
One live session and a day of Voxer support to map what’s ending, what’s emerging, and what comes next.
You know something’s ending. A relationship, a belief system, a career, an identity. You can’t quite see what’s on the other side yet.
You’re stuck in the gap, and you need clarity.
Threshold Mapping Day starts with a 50-minute live session on Zoom, where we map what’s ending, what’s emerging, and what your next right step actually is.
The next day, once it’s had time to settle in your body, I’m with you on Voxer between 9am and 5pm ET to help you integrate what came up.
This is real coaching from the first minute, with tangible things you walk away with.
Women leave Threshold Mapping Day with things like:
Clarity on the decision they’ve been circling for months
A felt sense of what a true yes feels like in their body, so they can trust their choices again
One next step that stretches them without flooding them

What Is A Threshold Mapping Day?
Threshold Mapping Day is private, somatic coaching in two parts.
A live session where we map the threshold you’re standing in, and a day of Voxer support the following day while it integrates.
A threshold is the space between who you were and who you’re becoming. It’s disorienting, uncomfortable, and often isolating. You can’t go back to the old version of yourself, and you don’t yet know who you’re becoming.
In our live session, we:
Clarify what’s actually ending (the identity, relationship, belief, or structure that’s dissolving)
Name what’s emerging (even if it’s just whispers and fragments right now)
Identify what sovereignty requires of you (what staying with yourself actually asks of you)
Map your next right step (the next move that feels true from where you stand today)
On your Voxer day, we:
Notice what shifted overnight and what’s still stirring
Work with the questions that only show up once you’re back in your real life
Anchor your somatic practices so you can use them on your own
You walk away with a clear map of your threshold and a sense of where to put your energy next.
"I had a 15-minute breakthrough on a decades-long pattern."

Threshold Examples: What This Looks Like
You're in a threshold if any of these feel familiar:
Matrescence
You became a mother and your entire identity shifted. The person you were before doesn't fit anymore, and you don't know who you're becoming. You're trying to figure out how to hold motherhood and your work, your relationships, your sense of self without abandoning any part of you in the process.
What one client walked away with after her Threshold Mapping Day
She realized she’d been holding herself to an impossible standard of motherhood she inherited, and it was making her miserable. Once she could feel the difference between that standard and her own values, she knew she wanted to leave her job and stay home, and she trusted that choice.
Faith Deconstruction
You've left the beliefs you grew up with and lost the community that came with them. You're rebuilding your understanding of meaning, purpose, and belonging, and questioning everything about how you show up in your work. The old framework is gone and the new one hasn't solidified yet.
What one client walked away with after her Threshold Mapping Day
She’d been fighting how uncertain everything felt since leaving her faith. Together we found that she’d been living with uncertainty all along. She left with a new relationship to not-knowing, and with a lot more ease in her body.
Relationship Ending
You're navigating divorce or the end of a significant relationship. The future you planned is gone, and you're standing in the gap between who you were in that relationship and who you're becoming on your own. You're redefining what you want, what you need, and who you are without that partnership.
What one client walked away with after her Threshold Mapping Day
Her relationship ending had shaken her trust in her own judgment. She learned what a real decision feels like in her body, and with it, the confidence to start choosing for herself again.
Midlife
You've achieved what you thought you wanted, and something feels hollow. You're questioning whether the next chapter looks like more of the same or something entirely different. The old markers of success don't inspire you anymore, and you haven't found new ones yet.
What one client walked away with after her Threshold Mapping Day
She had built everything she set out to build. Her business was thriving and she had an empty nest, and still something was missing. By tuning into her body, she realized it was community. Her people were no longer where she lived, and she left clear that she was ready to move to find them.
Career Dissolution
You've outgrown your career or business model and you don't know what comes next. The old version of success doesn't feel good anymore. The new version isn't clear. You're somewhere between letting go and not yet knowing what you're reaching for.
What you might walk away with
Clarity on what you’re actually done with and what you still love, and one small way to test the next direction before you make a big leap.
Business Evolution
Your business has been successful by external standards, and it doesn't feel good anymore. Maybe you know something needs to shift externally: your model, your messaging, your whole approach. Or maybe the business itself is fine, and the way you're running it is draining you. The people-pleasing, the perfectionism, the constant override of your own needs to keep everything running smoothly. You're ready for something to evolve and you can't quite name what.
What one client walked away with after her Threshold Mapping Day
She was growing more uncomfortable as her business became more visible. She found a sense of safety in her body, chose next steps that stretched her without overwhelming her, and left with practices to support herself through the activation that comes with expanding.
If any of these resonate, you're likely in a threshold. A Threshold Mapping Day can help you make sense of what you're navigating.
Who This Is For
Threshold Mapping Day is for you if:
You're between versions of yourself and need help making sense of what's actually happening
You know something's ending and you can't see what's next
You're tired of vague advice ("just trust the process") and need actual clarity on your specific situation
You want somatic, body-based guidance that helps you stay with yourself through the uncertainty
You're ready to stop performing and start trusting yourself, even without all the answers
This is not for you if you're looking for a quick fix, a five-step plan, or someone to tell you what to do.
Threshold work requires willingness to sit in the discomfort of not knowing while we map what's true.
What You'll Walk Away With
After your live session and Voxer day, you’ll have:
A clear picture of what’s ending and what’s emerging, in words you can actually say out loud.
The decision or step to take first, and how you’ll stay with yourself while you take it.
A felt sense of your own yes and no, so you can trust your body when the next choice comes.
Two or three somatic practices for the moments that knock you off center, chosen for your life and your nervous system.
Voice notes you can return to. Everything from your Voxer day stays in the app.
Permission to not have it all figured out, and trust that clarity keeps arriving as you move.
This is about helping you see what you’re navigating clearly enough that you can trust your next step.
"After one focused day with Kim, I knew exactly what to do next."

How Somatic Coaching works
-
When you're in a threshold, working only with mindset or affirmations doesn't go deep enough, because the shift isn't happening in your thoughts. I work with your body, your nervous system, and your mind together, so we're meeting all of you and not just the part that's trying to figure it out.
-
Let go of perfectionism and the constant performing. So much of the exhaustion comes from living in a constant on state, pushing and perfecting and managing how you come across. This work helps you meet your own growth with self-compassion instead of impossible standards, so you can let yourself slow down without having to earn it first.
-
Let your body guide your decisions. Instead of trying to fix or override how sensitively you're wired, you learn to treat it as information. I give you tools to steady your own nervous system, so you can make decisions from what feels true in your body and stay with yourself through whatever the threshold asks of you.
How It Works
1. Book your session
Choose a time for your 50-minute live session. Your Voxer day is the following day, from 9am to 5pm ET.
2. Fill out a short intake and connect on Voxer
A few questions so I arrive already knowing what’s on your heart. I’ll also send you a link to connect on Voxer. It’s a free app and takes about a minute to set up.
3. Your live session
We meet on Zoom. Your camera is optional, and voice-only is completely welcome. We map your threshold together, and I guide you through somatic practices in real time.
4. Your Voxer day
The next day, after it’s had a night to settle, we’re on Voxer between 9am and 5pm ET. We’ll exchange voice notes two to three times as you integrate. Send me what’s surfacing, what’s still unclear, and what your body is telling you. I’ll respond within that window.
5. Walk away with clarity
By the end of your Voxer day you’ll have your map, your next right step, and practices you can use on your own.
Why a Live Session and a Voxer Day?
This format gives you:
Real-time presence. In our session I can track your breath, your voice, and what your body does as we talk, and guide you through practices as they’re happening.
Time to integrate. Insight often lands hours later, in the shower or at bedtime. Your Voxer day gives it somewhere to go.
Support inside your actual life. You bring what shows up the next day, while you’re living it.
Less performance pressure. Your camera is optional, and on Voxer you respond when it works for you.
A clear container. A set session time and a set support window, so you know exactly what you’re getting.
You get the depth of being with someone in real time and the space to let clarity arrive at its own pace.

Frequently asked questions
-
No. You walk away with a clear map of your threshold, clarity on your next step, and somatic practices to support you. There's no pressure to continue into ongoing coaching, though the option exists if it feels right.
-
I'm not a therapist, and this isn't therapy. Many of my clients work with both me and a therapist at the same time.
The key distinction is severity and focus.
If you're experiencing severe symptoms or active trauma that requires specialized clinical treatment, therapy is the right place to start.
Coaching is for navigating life transitions with active, embodied support. We work in the present, focusing on where you are now, what's shifting, and how to move forward with clarity. We may touch on the past when it's relevant to understanding your patterns, but we're not doing trauma processing or clinical treatment.
What coaching gives you: immediate, practical support for the transition you're in right now. Instead of processing for months before gaining traction, you walk away from our day together with a clear map of what's ending, what's emerging, and concrete ways to resource yourself through it.
Threshold Mapping Day gives you clarity and momentum. Direction for moving forward, not just insight.
If you need clinical support, start with a therapist. If you're navigating a threshold and need embodied, present-focused support, that's where I come in.
-
Most coaching focuses on mindset, strategy, or goal-setting. Working from the neck up.
I work somatically. We're working with what's happening in your body and nervous system, not just your thoughts.
Talk-based coaching might ask: "What's your plan for handling this transition?"
Somatic work asks: "What does your body know about this transition that your mind hasn't caught up to yet?"
If you share fears about your transition, I won't just ask you to talk through them. I'll pause and ask: Where do you feel that fear in your body? What sensations are present?
We stay with those sensations together. The tightness in your chest, the knot in your stomach, the heaviness in your shoulders. We listen to what they're trying to tell you. Then we offer them support so they can shift and complete instead of staying stuck on loop.
This is active, present-focused work that gives you clarity and concrete next steps. Not more things to think about.
-
Your camera is always optional, and voice-only is completely welcome. You’re in charge of how you show up. We can pause, slow down, or take a breath whenever you need to, and you always have a choice in how we work together.
-
Between 9am and 5pm ET the day after your session, we exchange voice notes two to three times. You share what’s surfacing as you go about your day, and I respond within that window. Text is welcome too if speaking out loud doesn’t feel easy that day.
-
That's completely fine. Threshold Mapping Day stands on its own. You can do the one day and walk away with clarity and tools. If you later decide you want ongoing support, Crossing the Threshold is there.
-
Threshold Mapping Day maps one threshold, once. If you find yourself wanting to come back to the same crossing, it may be asking for more ongoing support, and that’s what Crossing the Threshold is for. If a new threshold opens in your life later on, you’re welcome to book another Threshold Mapping Day for that one.
-
Life happens. Let me know as soon as possible and we'll find a new day that works.
-
A discovery call is typically about determining fit. Threshold Mapping Day is actual coaching work. You walk away with a map, clarity, and next steps whether or not you continue. This is focused, deliverable-based work. A real first step, not an audition.
-
Yes. 100% of your $200 is credited toward Crossing the Threshold if you book within 14 days of your Threshold Mapping Day. Your mapping day becomes your first step into the larger container at no additional cost.
Ready to Get Clear?
You don't have to stay stuck in the gap between who you were and who you're becoming.
Threshold Mapping Day gives you clarity, direction, and the tools to trust yourself through the uncertainty.
I only take one Threshold Mapping Day per week. If you're ready for clarity, book your day now.
What Comes After
Most people leave a Threshold Mapping Day clear on what's really happening and what it's asking of them. For some, that clarity is exactly enough. You take the map and you walk it, and that's a good day's work.
For others, the map reveals a crossing that's bigger than a single day. A rebuild of who you are after something ended, a whole new sense of belonging to grow into. If that's what you find, you don't have to cross it alone.
Crossing the Threshold is my private coaching space, where I walk beside you over the following months while you actually make the changes the map showed you.
You don't have to decide any of that here. The day stands on its own. And if you know you want to keep going, your full Threshold Mapping Day fee applies toward your first month of Crossing the Threshold if you book within 14 days.
