One Day to Stop Thinking and Start Listening to Your Body
In one focused day on Voxer, we map the threshold you're in, what's dissolving, what's emerging, and what your body needs next. You'll leave with language for what's happening to you and a clear sense of your next step.
You know something's ending. A relationship, a belief system, a career, an identity.
You can't quite see what's on the other side.
You're stuck in the gap, and you need clarity.
Threshold Mapping Day is a focused, asynchronous day on Voxer where we map what's ending, what's emerging, and what your next right step actually is.
No sales call. No discovery session. Actual mapping work with tangible deliverables you walk away with.

What Is A Threshold Mapping Day?
Threshold Mapping Day is a private, asynchronous coaching day on Voxer where we work together to map the threshold you're standing in.
A threshold is the space between who you were and who you're becoming.
It's disorienting, uncomfortable, and often isolating. You can't go back to the old version of yourself, and you don't yet know who you're becoming.
This is focused, somatic mapping work where we:
Clarify what's actually ending (the identity, relationship, belief, or structure that's dissolving)
Name what's emerging (even if it's just whispers and fragments right now)
Identify what sovereignty actually requires of you (what staying with yourself demands, rather than what you think you "should" do)
Map your next right step (the next move that feels true, not the whole path)
You walk away with a clear map of your threshold. Not answers to everything, but clarity on what you're navigating and where to focus your energy.
"I had a 15-minute breakthrough on a decades-long pattern."
— Rosie T.
Threshold Examples: What This Looks Like
You're in a threshold if any of these feel familiar:
Matrescence
You became a mother and your entire identity shifted. The person you were before doesn't fit anymore, and you don't know who you're becoming. You're trying to figure out how to hold motherhood and your work, your relationships, your sense of self without abandoning any part of you in the process.
Faith Deconstruction
You've left the beliefs you grew up with and lost the community that came with them. You're rebuilding your understanding of meaning, purpose, and belonging, and questioning everything about how you show up in your work. The old framework is gone and the new one hasn't solidified yet.
Relationship Ending
You're navigating divorce or the end of a significant relationship. The future you planned is gone, and you're standing in the gap between who you were in that relationship and who you're becoming on your own. You're redefining what you want, what you need, and who you are without that partnership.
Midlife
You've achieved what you thought you wanted, and something feels hollow. You're questioning whether the next chapter looks like more of the same or something entirely different. The old markers of success don't inspire you anymore, and you haven't found new ones yet.
Career Dissolution
You've outgrown your career or business model and you don't know what comes next. The old version of success doesn't feel good anymore. The new version isn't clear. You're somewhere between letting go and not yet knowing what you're reaching for.
Business Evolution
Your business has been successful by external standards, and it doesn't feel good anymore. Maybe you know something needs to shift externally: your model, your messaging, your whole approach. Or maybe the business itself is fine, and the way you're running it is draining you. The people-pleasing, the perfectionism, the constant override of your own needs to keep everything running smoothly. You're ready for something to evolve and you can't quite name what.
If any of these resonate, you're likely in a threshold. A Threshold Mapping Day can help you make sense of what you're navigating.
Who This Is For
Threshold Mapping Day is for you if:
You're between versions of yourself and need help making sense of what's actually happening
You know something's ending and you can't see what's next
You're tired of vague advice ("just trust the process") and need actual clarity on your specific situation
You want somatic, body-based guidance that helps you stay with yourself through the uncertainty
You're ready to stop performing and start trusting yourself, even without all the answers
This is not for you if you're looking for a quick fix, a five-step plan, or someone to tell you what to do.
Threshold work requires willingness to sit in the discomfort of not knowing while we map what's true.
What You'll Walk Away With
By the end of your Threshold Mapping Day, you'll have:
A clear map of your threshold. What's ending, what's emerging, and what the gap between them actually holds.
Clarity on what sovereignty requires. What staying with yourself (instead of abandoning yourself) actually demands.
Your next right step. The one move that feels true from where you're standing now, not the whole path forward.
Somatic anchors. Body-based practices to help you stay with yourself through the disorientation of the threshold.
Permission to not have it all figured out. And trust that clarity emerges through the process, not before it.
This is about helping you see what you're navigating clearly enough that you can trust your next step.
"After one focused day with Kim, I knew exactly what to do next."

How Somatic Coaching works
-
When you're in a threshold, working only with mindset or affirmations doesn't go deep enough, because the shift isn't happening in your thoughts. I work with your body, your nervous system, and your mind together, so we're meeting all of you and not just the part that's trying to figure it out.
-
Let go of perfectionism and the constant performing. So much of the exhaustion comes from living in a constant on state, pushing and perfecting and managing how you come across. This work helps you meet your own growth with self-compassion instead of impossible standards, so you can let yourself slow down without having to earn it first.
-
Let your body guide your decisions. Instead of trying to fix or override how sensitively you're wired, you learn to treat it as information. I give you tools to steady your own nervous system, so you can make decisions from what feels true in your body and stay with yourself through whatever the threshold asks of you.
How It Works
1. Book Your Day
When you click "Book Your Threshold Mapping Day," you'll see a calendar with available dates. Don't worry about choosing the "perfect" time, this just reserves your date. We work together asynchronously throughout the entire day via Voxer, so you're not locked into a specific meeting time. You can engage when it works for you, and I'll respond throughout the day as we map together.
2. Connect With Me on Voxer
Once you book, I'll send you a link to connect on Voxer. If you don't already have it, you'll download the free app and we'll be connected in under a minute. We'll use voice notes to work together throughout your day.
3. Your Focused Day Together
On your scheduled day, we exchange voice notes back and forth as we map your threshold. You share what's happening, what you're feeling, what's confusing. I help you make sense of it. We work together throughout the full day, weaving the conversation into your actual life, so there's no childcare scramble or rigid meeting time.
4. Walk Away With Clarity
By the end of the day, you'll have a clear map of what you're navigating and what your next right step is. Your voice notes live in Voxer, so you can revisit anything we mapped whenever you need to.
Why Asynchronous?
Working asynchronously via Voxer gives you:
Space to process. Time to reflect between exchanges instead of rushing through a call.
More depth. Voice notes allow for nuance, and you can revisit them as you integrate.
Less performance pressure. No camera, no need to show up perfectly.
Flexibility. Engage when it works for you throughout the day, no childcare scramble or calendar Tetris.
A full day together. An entire day woven into your actual life, not 60 minutes on a screen.
This format allows us to go deeper, move slower, and honor the fact that clarity doesn't happen on a rigid timeline.

Frequently asked questions
-
No. You walk away with a clear map of your threshold, clarity on your next step, and somatic practices to support you. There's no pressure to continue into ongoing coaching, though the option exists if it feels right.
-
I'm not a therapist, and this isn't therapy. Many of my clients work with both me and a therapist at the same time.
The key distinction is severity and focus.
If you're experiencing severe symptoms or active trauma that requires specialized clinical treatment, therapy is the right place to start.
Coaching is for navigating life transitions with active, embodied support. We work in the present, focusing on where you are now, what's shifting, and how to move forward with clarity. We may touch on the past when it's relevant to understanding your patterns, but we're not doing trauma processing or clinical treatment.
What coaching gives you: immediate, practical support for the transition you're in right now. Instead of processing for months before gaining traction, you walk away from our day together with a clear map of what's ending, what's emerging, and concrete ways to resource yourself through it.
Threshold Mapping Day gives you clarity and momentum. Direction for moving forward, not just insight.
If you need clinical support, start with a therapist. If you're navigating a threshold and need embodied, present-focused support, that's where I come in.
-
Most coaching focuses on mindset, strategy, or goal-setting. Working from the neck up.
I work somatically. We're working with what's happening in your body and nervous system, not just your thoughts.
Talk-based coaching might ask: "What's your plan for handling this transition?"
Somatic work asks: "What does your body know about this transition that your mind hasn't caught up to yet?"
If you share fears about your transition, I won't just ask you to talk through them. I'll pause and ask: Where do you feel that fear in your body? What sensations are present?
We stay with those sensations together. The tightness in your chest, the knot in your stomach, the heaviness in your shoulders. We listen to what they're trying to tell you. Then we offer them support so they can shift and complete instead of staying stuck on loop.
This is active, present-focused work that gives you clarity and concrete next steps. Not more things to think about.
-
That's completely fine. Threshold Mapping Day stands on its own. You can do the one day and walk away with clarity and tools. If you later decide you want ongoing support, Crossing the Threshold is there.
-
We're not on a scheduled video call. We work together via voice notes on Voxer throughout your chosen day. You share your thoughts and questions when it works for you, and I respond in real-time as we map together. You get space to process, reflect, and go deeper without the pressure of performing on camera or fitting into a rigid time slot. It's a focused conversation that unfolds over the course of a full day, woven into your actual life.
-
Threshold Mapping Day maps one threshold, once. It isn't a recurring check-in. If you find yourself wanting to come back and re-map the same crossing, that's usually a sign the crossing itself is asking for real support, and that's what Crossing the Threshold is for. If a genuinely new threshold opens in your life later on, that's different, and we can talk about whether another mapping day fits.
-
Life happens. Let me know as soon as possible and we'll find a new day that works.
-
A discovery call is typically about determining fit. Threshold Mapping Day is actual coaching work. You walk away with a map, clarity, and next steps whether or not you continue. This is focused, deliverable-based work. A real first step, not an audition.
-
Yes. 100% of your $150 is credited toward Crossing the Threshold if you book within 7 days of your Threshold Mapping Day. Your mapping day becomes your first step into the larger container at no additional cost.

What Comes After
Most people leave a Threshold Mapping Day clear on what's really happening and what it's asking of them. For some, that clarity is exactly enough. You take the map and you walk it, and that's a good day's work.
For others, the map reveals a crossing that's bigger than a single day. A rebuild of who you are after something ended, a whole new sense of belonging to grow into. If that's what you find, you don't have to cross it alone.
Crossing the Threshold is my private coaching space, where I walk beside you over the following months while you actually make the changes the map showed you.
You don't have to decide any of that here. The day stands on its own. And if you know you want to keep going, your full Threshold Mapping Day fee applies toward your first month of Crossing the Threshold if you book within 7 days.
